Established in 1995, sys-tek is an expert technical commissioning and engineering design firm. Our commissioning services include 30 years of hands-on experience and we are more than just a list checker making deficiency reports as we are experts that make systems work as intended and designed. Our approach to commissioning saves money on total projects cost by reducing call-backs and reduce construction time by integrating all trades involved. We do not use traditional methods of showing up at the job site and simply making a punch list without recommendations. At sys-tek, we work as a team during the commissioning process, and we will provide direction to make live adjustments with the focus on getting systems operating correctly and maximize overall efficiency.

sys-tek is an agile company and can meet demanding scheduling requirements and we expedite the completion of required documentation and reports needed for IECC requirements for obtaining occupancy permits required by local code authorities. By doing this we provide additional savings and improve the experience of transitioning the project from construction to owner acceptance.

Cutting edge test equipment- in conjunction with technical staff proficient in the analysis and interpretation of the data- is used to identify causes of malfunctions, data corruption, and degraded performance. In addition, sys-tek acts as a third party independent testing agency to certify that critical components comply with their specifications. Third party testing is also useful for establishing the initial conditions for warranty purposes.
