We are fully committed to meeting and exceeding the standards developed by LEED®, the “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” Green Building Rating System. Recent projects include Silver Certification using LEED-EB for Missouri Bank, located on Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City. For this project, we provided both engineering design and the commissioning prerequisite. Also, Sys-Tek provided enhanced commissioning and monitoring and verification for the State of Missouri, Department of Natural Resources (DNR) facility, located in Jefferson City, Missouri. The DNR building received a Platinum Certification.
