Our company has provided construction management (CM) services as a prime contractor, prime consultant, and owner representative. Working with a design/build contractor for a level-four laboratory, we provided on-site CM supervision to correct critical problems with the installation and upgrades of HVAC systems. As a CM, we were on-site 7-days a week for over three months, solving and correcting project issues. This included directing and keeping mechanical and control contractors on task and providing sequencing for systems serving the laboratory, which was never interrupted.
