sys-tek is pleased to announce that we received GSA contracts awards for three categories.
We are now have contracts awards for GSA Building Commissioning Services for categories (click here for more detail) relating to:
- Services related to providing heating and ventilation services 811 005
- Metering Services 871 204
- Building Commissioning Services 871 206
Our GSA contracts include refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioner, boiler and chiller HVAC maintenance, metering services, and building commissioning services. Click here to read more details of our contract award.
We have extensive experience as a second tier sub-contractor and have completed well over 30 separate federal projects. Services have included Testing & Balancing, Commissioning, Monitoring and verification and engineering design.
sys-tek was founded in 1995 on the belief that by providing exceptional service we would become partners with our clients, working with them in their facilities over the life of their buildings. Since that time sys-tek has completed well over 250 separate project ranging from a few thousand dollars to 42 Million. Adding GSA certification is the next natural step in our growth and allows us to work directly with government and military facilities to deliver to them the same high value services we deliver to our other customers.
